Valentine’s day makeup with Covergirl Bombshell collection and a $100 gift card giveaway!

Hey everyone…. I remember when I was single and a teen, I used to be so excited for Valentine’s and birthdays. Also the fact that I had not touched makeup for so long that I wanted to do something special. So when Covergirl offered me their latest Bombshell collection products to try and review I just sat in from of the cam and started recording 🙂

Covergirl launched the new Bombshell collection comprised of mascara, eyeliner, and beautiful cream shadows which are beautiful and of really great quality and it was an absolutely fun evening filming using these products. This is the look I came up with… I mainly used the Bombshell Intensity Eye Liner Chocolate Kiss, Shine shadow in Ooh la lilac and The bombshell mascara And added Heavenly lipstick to have that salmon-y pout!

The eyeliner comes in a small pen-like packaging. It has a thin felt tip for easy precision application. I can easily draw a thin line or a  thick wing with it. really great for beginners who are still getting a hang of liquid liners. But it did not stay for a whole day on my oily lids.

The Shine shadows come in a small tube packaging which is cool and hygienic 🙂 The shade Ooh la lilac is a pretty grayish lavender which a lovely shine. It can be packed on to give a super intense look or sheered out as a wash.

The bombshell mascara is super thick and shiny pink. The first coat or step number one, is a brown coat which is kind of like a primer and gives you volume.  It dries up pretty quickly, and then you can apply coat number 2.   It lasts all day long, but it’s hard to take off.
